Conveys the Hardin County Work Camp property (15.3 acres located in Cave-In-Rock, Illinois) from the State of Illinois to Hardin County for a nominal payment of $1.

Property transfer is executed via quitclaim deed by the Director of Corrections on behalf of the Department of Corrections.

Deed includes a reversionary clause requiring the property to be used only for public purposes; title reverts to the State if Hardin County ceases to exist or the property is used for non-public purposes.

Director of Corrections must prepare and record the quitclaim deed(s) in Hardin County, with the deed referencing this Act and containing the reversionary language.

Act becomes effective upon enactment.
