• Amends the Probation and Probation Officers Act and the Illinois Crime Reduction Act of 2009 to redirect funding for both juvenile and adult redeploy programs.

• Requires a minimum of 10% of statewide Juvenile Redeploy Illinois Program funds to be allocated to the 10 postal zip codes outside Cook County with the highest average annual violent crime rates over the prior 3 calendar years.

• Requires a minimum of 10% of statewide Adult Redeploy Illinois Program funds to be allocated to the same 10 highest-crime zip codes outside Cook County based on 3-year average violent crime rates.

• Directs the respective Redeploy Illinois Oversight Boards to determine which jurisdictions qualify for the funding allocations based on violent crime rate data.
