Amends Section 2.30 of the Wildlife Code to prohibit hunting or trapping bobcat in specified northern and central Illinois counties effective immediately upon passage.

Establishes bobcat harvest limits of 350 animals for the 2017 season and 375 animals for the 2018 season, whichever occurs first (end of season or harvest limit).

Restricts bobcat hunting to one bobcat per permit with a season limit not to exceed one bobcat per person.

Makes the new bobcat hunting restrictions inoperative on and after June 30, 2019.

Applies bobcat restrictions to 35 named counties plus specific areas north of U.S. Route 36 in Edgar and Douglas counties and north/east of Illinois Route 121 in Macon County.
