Extends the repeal date of the Illinois Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Practice Act from January 1, 2018 to January 1, 2028.

Requires all applicants and licensees to provide valid addresses and email addresses to the Department, and notify the Department of any changes within 14 days through the Department's website or licensure maintenance unit.

Adds confidentiality provisions protecting information collected during examinations or investigations, with exceptions for law enforcement officials, other regulatory agencies, and parties with lawful subpoenas.

Modifies disciplinary grounds and procedures, including changes to conviction language, addition of grounds related to abuse of eligible adults, and clarification on license restoration requirements for suspended or revoked licenses.

Repeals Section 10 of the Act (concerning rosters of speech-language pathologists and audiologists) and takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
