Extends the Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987 repeal date from January 1, 2018 to January 1, 2028.

Requires all physician assistant applicants and licensees to maintain valid address and email address of record with the Department and report changes within 14 days.

Establishes a maximum of 5 full-time equivalent physician assistants that a supervising physician can oversee, removes requirement for collaborative agreements to reduce this number.

Adds new grounds for disciplinary action including failure to maintain patient care records, cheating on certification exams, breaching confidentiality, and failure to report adverse actions from other licensing jurisdictions.

Establishes confidentiality protections for Department examination and investigation files, limiting disclosure to law enforcement and regulatory agencies with appropriate interest, while keeping formal complaints and disciplinary orders public.
