Amends Section 12-601 of the Illinois Vehicle Code regarding horns and warning devices on motor vehicles

Expands authorization for sirens, whistles, and bells to include vehicles operated by fire chiefs and directors or coordinators of municipal or county emergency services and disaster agencies, in addition to authorized emergency vehicles and organ transport vehicles

Maintains requirement that sirens, whistles, or bells must be audible from at least 500 feet away and may only be used during emergency response or pursuit of law violators

Preserves existing provisions allowing trackless trolleys and replica trolleys to use bells instead of horns for warning and to signal arrival or departure at designated stops during scheduled operation hours
