Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code to require managed care community networks to establish fair and reasonable reimbursement rates for pharmacy providers, including professional dispensing fees and pharmacist-provided services.

Mandates that pharmacy reimbursement methodology be no less than current Illinois Department rates for prescription and pharmacy services as described in Section 5-5.12, and not below the actual acquisition cost of the pharmacy provider.

Requires managed care community network pharmacy formularies to be no more restrictive than the Illinois Department's pharmaceutical program.

Effective January 1, 2018.
