• Changes the deadline for employers to file refund or adjustment claims from 3 years after Director notification to 3 years after the date of overpayment.

• Requires the Director to provide employer account balance statements quarterly instead of semi-annually.

• Applies retroactively to refund and credit applications made after January 1, 2015 that have not yet been adjusted or refunded.

• Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
