• Requires the Department of Human Services to approve sex education course materials that are appropriate to the recipient's developmental disability level, medically accurate, and complete.

• Establishes that sex education must replicate or substantially incorporate evidence-based programs and include substantial emphasis on contraception, disease prevention, abstinence, and discussion of emotional and psychological consequences of sexual intercourse.
