Modifies the timing of honorable dismissal notices for teachers by requiring notice within 10 business days of budget approval rather than 45 days before school term end.

Establishes a fallback notification deadline of June 30 if the next fiscal year budget has not been approved by June 15 of the current fiscal year.

Applies to teachers removed due to school board decisions to decrease teacher numbers, discontinue teaching services, or reduce special education joint agreement positions.

Amends 105 ILCS 5/24-12 (Employment of Teachers Article of the School Code).
