Amends the Illinois Act on the Aging by adding Section 4.02g to provide immunity protections for Community Care Program service providers.

Grants immunity from civil, criminal, or other liability to any person or organization authorized by the Department on Aging to provide Community Care Program services when performing those services in good faith.

Requires the State to indemnify and hold harmless authorized Community Care Program service providers for all acts, omissions, decisions, or conduct arising from their program duties, using the method outlined in the State Employee Indemnification Act.

Extends immunity and indemnification protections to any related program subsequently established by the Department through administrative rule.
