Extends the repeal date of the Acupuncture Practice Act from January 1, 2018 to January 1, 2028, preventing the law from expiring.

Requires all acupuncturists to provide and maintain valid address and email addresses of record with the Department, with notification of changes within 14 days.

Limits Board of Acupuncture members to a maximum of 2 consecutive full terms instead of 8 consecutive years of service.

Changes terminology throughout the Act from "registration" to "license" and eliminates certain Board powers, including requirements for Department consultation on rulemaking and evaluated clinical experience for license restoration.

Authorizes the Department to investigate all unlicensed acupuncture activity and adds confidentiality protections for complaint information collected during investigations.
