Amends the Unemployment Insurance Act to add Section D-2, exempting employers from benefit charges when an employee voluntarily leaves work under conditions described in item 6 of subsection C of Section 500.

Applies to any week of unemployment after the effective date of this amendatory act of the 100th General Assembly when the voluntary separation meets the specified conditions.

Notwithstanding other provisions of the Act, employers shall not be charged for benefit payments resulting from such voluntary departures.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
