Appropriates $1,777,800 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund to the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017.

Personal Services funding of $823,600 represents the largest budget allocation, followed by State Employees' Retirement System contributions of $445,000.

Additional operational expenses include Group Insurance ($264,000), Contractual Services ($146,000), State Contributions to Social Security ($63,000), and Telecommunications Services ($17,000).

Smaller allocations cover Travel ($10,400), Commodities ($3,000), Electronic Data Processing ($1,800), Printing ($2,000), Equipment ($1,000), and Operation of Automotive Equipment ($1,000).

Effective date is July 1, 2017, contingent upon Senate Bill 2063 (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act) becoming law.
