Appropriates $157,213,400 from the State Gaming Fund to the Illinois Gaming Board for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017

Allocates funds for personal services ($9,921,000), employee retirement contributions ($5,364,900), social security ($410,000), group insurance ($2,592,000), and contractual services ($702,000)

Provides $14,461,500 for expenses related to Illinois State Police operations

Allocates $100,000,000 for distributions to local governments for admissions and wagering tax including prior year costs

Allocates $21,218,600 for implementation and administration of the Video Gaming Act

Takes effect July 1, 2017, only if Senate Bill 2063 (Unbalanced Budget Response Act) becomes law
