Appropriates $192,828,000 from the McCormick Place Expansion Project Fund to the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority for debt service on McCormick Place Expansion Project Bonds and related trustee and legal expenses.

Appropriates $15,000,000 from the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Incentive Fund for Fiscal Year 2018 to pay certified incentives for conventions, meetings, and trade shows held at McCormick Place Convention Center and Navy Pier during Fiscal Year 2018.

Total appropriation of $207,828,000 in Other State Funds for the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017.

Effective date is July 1, 2017, contingent upon Senate Bill 2063 of the 100th General Assembly (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act) becoming law.
