Appropriates $30,973,800 from the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission Operations Fund for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017

General Office funding of $28,872,300 includes $8,248,100 for regular positions, $3,938,600 for arbitrators, and $4,455,000 for state employee retirement contributions

Appropriates $2,041,500 for establishment, administration, and operations of the Insurance Compliance Division of the workers' compensation anti-fraud program

Appropriates $60,000 for costs associated with establishing the Medical Fee Schedule and other provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act

Act takes effect July 1, 2017, contingent upon Senate Bill 2063 (the Unbalanced Budget Response Act) becoming law
