Appropriates $117,061,900 from General Revenue Fund and $13,000,000 from Other State Funds to the Department of Juvenile Justice for fiscal year ending June 30, 2018

Funds operations of General Office ($9,786,700), School District ($9,923,700), and Aftercare Services ($14,789,500)

Provides funding for five Illinois Youth Centers: Chicago ($12,577,300), Harrisburg ($23,096,400), Pere Marquette ($6,567,700), St. Charles ($28,452,200), and Warrenville ($11,122,400)

Allocates $13,506,000 from Department of Corrections Reimbursement and Education Fund for school district programs, federal programs including treatment and supervision, and miscellaneous programs

Appropriates additional funds for statewide hospitalization ($50,000), youth rights oversight ($190,000), repairs and capital improvements ($500,000), and sheriffs' fees ($6,000); takes effect July 1, 2017 contingent on Senate Bill 2063 becoming law
