• Appropriates $30,843,200 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the Attorney General for operational expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2018.

• Allocates $1,400,000 to the Illinois Equal Justice Foundation from the General Revenue Fund and an additional $1,400,000 from the Access to Justice Fund.

• Appropriates $11,633,100 from the Violent Crime Victims Assistance Fund for personal services, employee benefits, crime victims services, automated victim notification system, and awards and grants under the Violent Crime Victims Assistance Act.
