Appropriates $13,871,900 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Elections for ordinary and contingent expenses across seven divisions: The Board, Administration, Elections, General Counsel, Campaign Disclosure, and Information Technology.

Appropriates $3,099,500 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for reimbursement to counties for increased compensation to election judges and lump sum awards to county clerks and recorders.

Reappropriates $3,973,400 from the Help Illinois Vote Fund for distribution to local election authorities under the Help America Vote Act and for implementation of the Statewide Voter Registration System (IVRS).

Total appropriations and reappropriations amount to $20,944,800 across all three funding sources.

Effective date: July 1, 2017.
