• Appropriates $1,562,200 from the General Revenue Fund to the Court of Claims for ordinary and contingent expenses including personal services ($1,213,800), employee benefits, travel, equipment, and judge reimbursements for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017.

• Appropriates $450,000 from the Court of Claims Administration and Grant Fund for administrative expenses under the Crime Victims Compensation Act.

• Appropriates $10,000,000 from the Court of Claims Federal Grant Fund for crime victims compensation claims.

• Appropriates $29,807,400 from the General Revenue Fund for various claims ($6,000,000 for crime victims compensation and $23,807,400 for other claims) and $8,000,000 for line of duty awards.
