Appropriates $8,451,850 from the General Revenue Fund to the Office of the State's Attorney Appellate Prosecutor for FY18 ordinary and contingent expenses, including personnel services, retirement contributions, and a $2,000,000 grant to the Cook County State's Attorney for appeal filing expenses.

Appropriates $3,291,700 from the State's Attorney Appellate Prosecutor's County Fund for administrative and labor unit personal services, retirement and social security contributions, contractual services, and operational expenses.

Appropriates $880,400 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for personal services, retirement contributions, contractual services, and training programs.

Appropriates $250,000 from the Continuing Legal Education Trust Fund, $2,500,000 from the Narcotics Profit Forfeiture Fund, and $2,200,000 from the Special Federal Grant Fund for various prosecution and training initiatives.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
