Amends the Meat and Poultry Inspection Act to expand permitted activities for Type I licensed establishments to include processing meat and poultry from animals slaughtered by or for the owner's personal use or household use.

Permits Type I establishments to receive live animals and poultry presented by owners for slaughter and processing for the owner's personal or household use.

Permits Type I establishments to receive and process inspected meat and poultry products for the owner's personal or household use.

Requires Type I establishments to stamp "NOT FOR SALE" in letters at least 3/8 inches high on all carcasses and containers of meat and poultry products slaughtered or processed in the establishment.

Establishes requirements for Type I establishments receiving wild game carcasses, including dressing prior to processing, separate storage from inspected products, written handling procedures, and equipment sanitization.
