Amends the Amusement Ride and Attraction Safety Act (430 ILCS 85/2-2) to include trampoline courts within the definition of "amusement ride."

Defines "trampoline court" as a commercial facility with a defined area composed of one or more trampolines, trampoline court foam pits, or series thereof.

Excludes gymnastic training facilities that derive a majority of their revenue from supervised instruction in teaching gymnastic skills and basics from the definition of trampoline court.

Makes trampoline courts subject to the safety regulations and oversight of the Department of Labor under the Amusement Ride and Attraction Safety Act.

Takes effect January 1, 2019.
