Amends the Good Samaritan Act by adding Section 77 to provide civil liability protections for not-for-profit organizations and their employees providing temporary or emergency overnight shelter without charge to homeless individuals.

Shields covered organizations and persons from liability for civil damages resulting from acts or omissions while providing shelter, with the exception of willful or wanton misconduct.

Exemption does not apply to organizations whose primary purpose is providing shelter to the homeless.
