• Mandates the government website display a prominent link to a notice index page containing all current legal notices with searchable functionality and links to full notice text.

• Requires notices remain available on the website until the last posting date required by law expires or the event described in the notice occurs, whichever is later.

• Repeals requirements that newspapers place notices on a statewide website and removes related provisions from the Notice By Publication Act and Newspaper Legal Notice Act; takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
