Amends Illinois Vehicle Code Section 11-907 to change penalties for failing to yield to stationary authorized emergency vehicles displaying flashing lights.

Violation without property damage or injury is a petty offense punishable by a fine of not more than $75.

Violation resulting in property damage is a business offense punishable by a fine of $100 to $10,000 and mandatory driving privilege suspension of 90 days to 1 year.

Violation resulting in injury to another person is a Class A misdemeanor with mandatory driving privilege suspension of 180 days to 2 years.

Violation resulting in death is a Class A misdemeanor with mandatory 2-year driving privilege suspension, and does not preclude additional civil or criminal penalties.
