Removes the July 1, 2017 date restriction for non-Real ID identification cards issued to persons 65 years of age or older, making them permanent with no renewal requirement.

Removes the July 1, 2017 date restriction for non-Real ID Illinois Person with a Disability Identification Cards, which expire 10 years after issuance.

Eliminates the $2 fee for card searches (line item f in the fee schedule).

Maintains existing fee structure for Illinois Identification Cards, including $20 for original and renewal cards, with reduced fees for minors under 18 and free cards for seniors 65+, homeless persons, foster youth, and individuals released from incarceration.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
