• Requires nongovernmental entities contracted by counties, townships, municipalities, or fire protection districts to provide fire services to display disclosure statements on vehicles and uniforms if they display the local government's logo.

• Disclosure must include: a statement identifying the entity as a service provider/contractor, the contractor's name, state or federal tax designation, and principal place of business.

• Disclosure must be conspicuously displayed at least the same size as and located close to the largest government logo on the vehicle or uniform.

• Violations are classified as business offenses subject to $1,000 fines per occurrence, enforceable by circuit courts in the county where violation occurs.

• Effective immediately; limits home rule authority to regulate logo displays in manner inconsistent with this Act.
