Amends the Forest Preserve Zoological Parks Act to change the required frequency of free admission days for zoological parks from 1 day per 7 days open to 1 day per 30 days open.

Applies to forest preserve districts with populations of 140,000 or more located in counties with fewer than 3,000,000 inhabitants that operate zoological parks.

Free admission days must be scheduled during the calendar year and remain mandatory for children attending schools in Illinois at all times.

Zoological park managing authorities may limit the number of school groups attending on any given day and establish rules and regulations to ensure public safety and accessibility.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
