Entities collecting foreign fire insurance taxes or license fees must publish annual information to their website by August 1, including total fees collected for each fire department/district, administrative fees charged, and aggregate totals.

Prohibits entities from charging administrative fees exceeding 1% of the gross amount collected in each municipality or fire protection district.

Maintains existing requirement that foreign fire insurance companies pay taxes or license fees (up to 2% of gross receipts) to municipal fire departments or fire protection districts by July 15 each year.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
