• Department of Public Health shall establish rules extending the health examination proof submission deadline from October 15 to November 15 for children experiencing undue burden or lack of access to physicians, advanced practice registered nurses, or physician assistants.

• Children failing to present health examination proof by the extended November 15 date become subject to school exclusion, with parents or guardians considered in violation of compulsory attendance requirements.

• Schools must report to State Board of Education by November 15 the number of children who have not yet presented health examination proof due to the extended deadline pursuant to Department of Public Health rules.

• Act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
