Requires at least 50% of custodial employees employed by school boards to be certified as structural pest control technicians by the Department of Public Health under the Structural Pest Control Act.

School boards must pay all application and examination fees required for custodial employee certification.

Applies requirement to both regular school districts (Section 10-20.67) and special school districts (Section 34-18.60).

Creates new sections in the Illinois School Code to establish the certification mandate for custodial staff.
