IL HB4850

Amends the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act to exclude employees of the Department of Human Services who hold the position of Public Service Administrator from bargaining unit status.

Exemption applies only to employees hired after the effective date of the Act; those already holding the position on or before the effective date are not affected.

Modifies the definition of "public employee" in Section 3 of the Act to specify this exclusion for future Department of Human Services Public Service Administrator positions.
