Creates "Ashley's Law" (Section 22-33 of the School Code) allowing registered designated caregivers to administer medical cannabis infused products to registered qualifying patients on school premises or school buses if both parties have valid registry identification cards from the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act.

Requires administration to occur without disrupting the school's educational environment or exposing the product to other students, and mandates the caregiver remove the product from school premises after administration.

Prohibits schools from disciplining students who receive medical cannabis infusions or denying their eligibility to attend school solely based on requiring the product.

Clarifies that school staff are not required to administer medical cannabis and that schools cannot authorize use if it would result in loss of federal funding.

Amends the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act to carve out exceptions under Section 22-33 of the School Code from prohibitions on possessing or using cannabis in school buses, on school grounds, and in public places near minors.
