IL HB4875

Amends the Election Code to require political committees to include phone numbers and email addresses in their statements of organization for the committee itself and for specified persons.

Adds phone number and email address requirements for custodians of the committee's books and accounts in the statement of organization.

Adds phone number and email address requirements for the committee's principal officers, including the chairman, treasurer, and members of the finance committee in the statement of organization.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
