Reduces Board of State Fair Advisors membership from up to 20 appointed persons to up to 15 appointed persons.

Establishes staggered initial appointment terms of 1, 2, and 3 years (5 members each year) with all subsequent appointments for 3-year terms commencing on the 3rd Monday in January.

Limits members to serving no more than 2 consecutive 3-year terms or 8 consecutive years total if initial appointment is less than 3 years.

Allows former members to return to the Board if at least one year has passed since their previous membership.

Takes effect January 1, 2019.
