Amends the Health Care Services Lien Act to expand the definition of "health care provider" to include ambulatory surgical treatment facilities accredited by specified organizations.

Adds accredited ambulatory surgical facilities as eligible entities whose liens can be enforced under the Act, specifically those accredited by the American Association for the Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities, the Joint Commission, the Healthcare Facilities Accreditation Program, or the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.

Applies the changes to causes of action accruing on or after the effective date of Public Act 100-0653.
