• Appropriates $2,000,000 from the Working Capital Revolving Loan Fund to the Department of Transportation for loans to disadvantaged business enterprises on IDOT-procured construction projects.

• Appropriates $37,500,000 from the Road Fund for Transportation Enhancement, Congestion Mitigation, Air Quality, High Priority and Scenic By-way Projects using federal funds.

• Appropriates $1,191,479,000 from the Road Fund for state highway construction and improvement projects, distributed across nine IDOT districts with engineering costs included.

• Appropriates $668,330,100 from the Road Fund for local road and bridge construction and improvement projects, distributed across nine IDOT districts.

• Appropriates $637,468,800 from the State Construction Account Fund for additional highway construction, improvement, and vehicle weight enforcement infrastructure across IDOT districts.

• Additional appropriations total approximately $2.6 billion for grade crossing protection, airport improvements, transit systems, rail freight programs, and Motor Fuel Tax distributions to counties and municipalities.
