Amends the Clinical Social Work and Social Work Practice Act to allow clinical social workers licensed independently in another U.S. jurisdiction for 10 consecutive years without discipline to obtain Illinois licensure without submitting education, experience, and examination proof.

Modifies the Marriage and Family Therapy Licensing Act with identical provisions for licensed marriage and family therapists with 10 consecutive years of independent practice in another U.S. jurisdiction without discipline.

Amends the Professional Counselor and Clinical Professional Counselor Licensing Act to allow clinical professional counselors with 10 consecutive years of independent practice in another U.S. jurisdiction without discipline to waive supervised employment or experience requirements.

Requires all applicants under these provisions to submit certified verification of licensure from their prior jurisdiction, comply with all other licensing requirements, and pay all required fees.

Establishes a 3-year deadline for applicants to complete the licensing process; applications not completed within 3 years shall be denied with fee forfeiture and require reapplication under current requirements.
