Amends the Condominium Property Act to require associations to give members the opportunity to opt out of having their name, address, email address, or telephone numbers disclosed to other association members.

Prohibits associations from disclosing member contact information to other members if the member has indicated they do not want such disclosure.

Requires associations to impose a fine on any person who discloses member information in violation of the member's expressed wishes regarding privacy.

Makes corresponding changes to Section 18 (Contents of bylaws) to require bylaws to specify the amount and procedures for imposing fines related to unauthorized disclosure of member information.
