Appropriates $43,600,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Children and Family Services for Institution and Group Home Care and Prevention services for children served by private agencies under contract with the Department.

Appropriates $38,850,000 from the General Revenue Fund for Foster Homes and Specialized Foster Care and Prevention services for children served by private agencies under contract with the Department.

Appropriates $40,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for Intact Family Services provided by private agencies under contract with the Department.

Appropriates $32,600,000 from the General Revenue Fund for cost of care reimbursements to foster parents of youth in care of the Department.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
