Beginning July 1, 2018, license renewal fee for an Educator License with Stipulations with a paraprofessional educator endorsement is set at $25.

Substitute Teaching License applicants issued after July 1, 2017 may apply for a refund of the $50 application fee within 18 months if they teach at least 10 full school days within one year of issuance.

Substitute Teaching License holders may apply for reimbursement of the $10 per year registration fee within 18 months of renewal if they teach at least 10 full school days within one year of renewal.

Application fees are deposited into the Teacher Certificate Fee Revolving Fund for processing applications, license renewals, educator recruitment and retention, and professional development, with the majority dedicated to application processing and license renewal.

The Teacher Certificate Fee Revolving Fund is exempt from administrative charge transfers and shall not revert to the General Revenue Fund.
