• Reduces minimum age requirement for licensure as a community association manager from 21 to 18 years of age under the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Act.

• Reduces minimum age requirement for licensure as a supervising community association manager from 21 to 18 years of age.

• Reduces minimum age requirement for home inspector licensure from 21 to 18 years of age under the Home Inspector License Act.

• Reduces minimum age requirement for broker and managing broker licensure from 21 to 18 years of age under the Real Estate License Act of 2000, removing the prior waiver provision for 18-year-olds with post-secondary real estate study.

• Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
