• Limits community association manager licensure to individuals only, removing previous allowances for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and other entities to hold licenses.

• Creates new "designated community association manager" definition for a licensed individual who has ownership interest in or employment with a management firm and serves as the controlling person and authorized signatory for that firm.

• Removes all references to "supervising community association manager" throughout the Community Association Manager Licensing and Disciplinary Act and repeals Section 42 related to supervising manager qualifications.

• Requires community association management firms to operate through at least one designated community association manager to provide services, with that manager restricted to representing only one firm.

• Adds grounds for discipline including operating a management firm without a designated community association manager and failing to meet requirements for serving as a designated community association manager.
