• Amends the Illinois Insurance Code to require health care provider directories in accident and health insurance policies to disclose whether providers offer telehealth services, what modalities they use, and what services are available through telehealth or telemedicine.

• Requires provider directories to include information about whether providers can include family caregivers in separate locations during telehealth encounters with patient consent.

• Defines "family caregiver" as a relative, partner, friend, or neighbor with a significant relationship to the patient who assists with daily activities, instrumental activities of daily living, or medical/nursing tasks.

• Amends the Telehealth Act to impose the same directory requirements on insurance companies and health plans, in both electronic and print formats upon request.

• Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
