Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code Section 6-109 to remove the requirement that applicants 75 years of age or older must demonstrate their ability to exercise ordinary and reasonable control of a motor vehicle during examination.

Eliminates the mandatory practical driving demonstration for license renewal applicants 75 years or older who have a clean driving record with no traffic convictions.

Maintains all other examination requirements for driver's licenses, including eyesight tests, knowledge of traffic laws, and safe driving practices for all age groups.

Allows the Secretary of State discretion to include an actual demonstration of vehicle control ability in examinations, but removes the age-based mandate for applicants 75 and older.
