Amends the Medical Practice Act of 1987 to add Section 22(E), protecting physicians from license non-renewal or disciplinary action if they continue prescribing previously prescribed medications to existing patients for 90 days after license expiration due to clerical errors in their renewal application.

Allows physicians whose licenses expire due to administrative/clerical mistakes to maintain continuity of care for existing patients during the 90-day grace period without facing regulatory penalties.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
