Removes the requirement that associate real estate trainee appraiser applicants personally take and pass an examination authorized by the Department.

Eliminates the restriction limiting associate real estate trainee appraiser licenses to a maximum of 2 renewals.

Requires the Department to employ a minimum of one investigator with an active certified appraiser license for every 2,000 licensees to ensure adequate staffing for departmental obligations.

Maintains continuing education requirements for renewal of associate real estate trainee appraiser licenses through Department-approved courses.

Allows late renewal of expired licenses for appraisers who were on active military duty or employed by the Department and required to surrender their license, without paying lapsed fees or penalties.
