Creates the For-Profit Community Corrections Prohibition Act to prohibit the State from contracting with for-profit prison companies for community correctional supervision of persons in the custody of the Department of Corrections or Department of Juvenile Justice, effective upon passage.

Defines "community correctional supervision" to include surveillance of parolees, mandatory supervised release monitoring, and rehabilitative re-entry services such as residential, employment, educational, substance abuse, and mental health programming.

Defines "for-profit prison company" as a for-profit corporation or business entity that is not organized as a not-for-profit entity and owns, manages, or operates correctional facilities or community correctional supervision services.

Allows renewal of existing for-profit contracts for community correctional supervision that were in effect immediately before the Act's effective date.

Does not affect prohibitions established by the Private Correctional Facility Moratorium Act.
